1) ABOUT JisLeng & OUR Term
JisLeng.com (“JisLeng”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) operates an online website (“Platform”) that enables users to discover and book bicycle, motorbike, and scooter rental services offered by independent third-party rental providers (“Partners”).
JisLeng is a technology platform only. We do not own, manage, or operate any vehicles listed on the Platform. All rental services are provided directly by Partners, and any rental agreement is entered into solely between the user and the Partner.
JisLeng’s role is limited to facilitating listings, bookings, and communication between users and Partners. We may earn a commission from completed bookings.

2) ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS
These Terms govern your use of the Platform and any bookings made through it. By accessing the Platform or completing a booking, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform or make a booking.
Partner Terms
When you book a rental service, you also agree to the Partner’s own terms and conditions, which form a separate legal agreement between you and the Partner. These may include rules on cancellation, deposits, insurance, and vehicle use. Applicable Partner terms will be shared during the booking process.
3) USING OUR PLATFORM
Platform Availability
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time for operational, technical, or business reasons. The Platform is provided free of charge, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
Account Information
If you create an account, you are responsible for ensuring that all information provided is accurate, current, and complete. Any login credentials must be kept confidential, and you are responsible for all activity under your account.
4) BOOKINGS, PRICING & PAYMENTS
Booking Information
You are responsible for providing correct booking details, including names, contact information, rental dates, and payment details. If incorrect information is provided, we will try to assist with changes but cannot guarantee that the Partner will accept them.
Booking Confirmation
Once a booking is successfully completed, you will receive a confirmation from us. You must review the confirmation and notify us promptly if any details are incorrect.
If a booking cannot be confirmed, any payment collected will be refunded in accordance with the applicable payment terms.
Payment
Payment terms, accepted currencies, and methods will be clearly displayed during the booking process. If payment is not completed in full as required, the booking may be canceled.
Refunds, where applicable, will be processed to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
5) RENTAL CHANGES, CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
All changes, cancellations, upgrades, and refunds are governed by the Partner’s terms and conditions.
If a Partner cancels or modifies a booking, their policies will generally apply. JisLeng may assist with communication but is not responsible for refund decisions made by Partners.
6) PERSONAL DATA
We collect and use personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which explains how your data is handled when you use the Platform.
7) LIABILITY & DISCLAIMERS
We aim to ensure that information displayed on the Platform is accurate and up to date. However, to the extent permitted by law, JisLeng is not responsible for losses or damages resulting from:
- Incorrect or incomplete information provided by users or Partners
- Failure to meet Partner requirements
- Accidents, injuries, theft, or disputes related to rentals
You agree not to hold JisLeng liable for issues arising from your failure to provide accurate information, obtain required documentation, or comply with rental conditions.
8) COMPLAINTS & SUPPORT
If you have questions or complaints regarding the Platform, please contact us using the support details available on our website. Complaints related to rentals may need to be addressed directly with the Partner.
9) GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Cambodia, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
10) LANGUAGE
These Terms are available in English and Khmer. In the event of any inconsistency, the English version shall prevail.
11) GENERAL TERMS
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and JisLeng regarding use of the Platform. If any provision is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
Our failure to enforce any right under these Terms does not waive our right to enforce it later.
